1. Croc and Tim's Barn is let for occupancy for the purpose of HOLIDAYS ONLY and the protection under the Rents Act is effectively excluded.

2. Cancellation of the booking, unless the accommodation can be re-let, will result in the loss of your deposit.

3. The client shall at all times maintain and leave the premises and all equipment clean and tidy.

4. The client undertakes to report and pay for all items damaged or broken.

5. I/we agree that no responsibility is accepted by the proprietor for any mishap to persons or property whilst on the premises.

6. We reserve the right of entry to the properties at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection or to carry out repairs or maintenance.

7. Holiday lets are from Saturday 4.00pm to Saturday 10.00am unless otherwise agreed.
